I accidentally ordered the wrong filters and didn't realize for a couple months, as It was not time to change them. Amazon could not process an exchange because it was past the deadline so I reached out to the company. Much to my surprise at 7:00 p.m. at night I received a personal phone call from the owner of the company. Happy to accommodate, and process my exchange no questions asked! I will only be buying filters from these guys from now on. His team was equally as responsive and friendly. Amazing company!

I replaced my upstairs and downstairs HVAC units about 9 months ago and just remembered that there was a central filter that needed to be replaced every 6 months. I went downstairs to the unit and found it was a massive 4" thick box filter. I looked them up and quickly learned that they can run $90+ per filter! I happened to see Atomic had a filter in the search results that was pretty much 2 for the price of 1, so I checked out their website. I noticed a North Carolina area code on their phone number at the top of the screen, so I decided to call and see if they were legit. I didn't get an answer, so I went about my day. Next thing I know my phone rings and the guy says "this is David at Atomic Filters, sorry we just missed your call" and I was kinda shocked! I asked where they were located and he tells me they're a few hours away from me in NC! I told him cool, in that case I'm about to place an order and he tells me alright, it'll ship out in the morning! 2 days later I had a year's worth of filters for half the price of other options and they came from right down the road! I'll definitely order again next year.

I do not order many items on line, but this product was easy to confirm that I had the right filter. Price was fair based on other sites I looked at, and delivery was prompt.

I have had trouble in the past trying to find a filter to fit my particular heating unit. When I called Atomic Filters to verify this filter would work I was shocked to immediately connect with a real human - even better, someone who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. That pretty much covers it. I was confused by their listed dimension. They refer to the shipping box, not the 24" x 25" filter. I emailed and they confirmed.
